Description:
MySQL Workbench encountered a problem when trying to pass on command line parameters to the already running Workbench instance.Maybe there's hanging Workbench process that is pretending to be the current instance. Please kill the hanging process and try again.

There is no hanging Workbench process that is pretending to be the current instance. How can I fix it? I need it for a project please help me.

only once did I get it written impossible to create an ipc port but I don't know what the problem is
