    Add a new row to the ndbinfo table resources which reports
    TOTAL_GLOBAL_MEMORY. This is the sum of memory resources
    managed by the shared global memory that contains

    Transaction Memory
    Transporter Memory
    Job buffers
    Query Memory
    Disk records
    Redo buffers
    Undo buffers
