Description:
I install the binary version of mysql 8.0.21 following https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/binary-installation.html

But I encountered a confusing problem.
Please refer to StackOverFlow#65592309:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65592309/permission-issue-cause-xx-so-not-found

How to repeat:
cd /usr/local/mysql
bin/mysqld_safe --user=mysql &

Suggested fix:
Prompt a "permission denied" directly.
