the users and privilege page is completely blank besides the add, delete, refresh, revert, and apply buttons.

How to repeat:
always happens.

Suggested fix:
uninstall and reinstall the app should work for me. As far as long term fix I'd say make this tab open a new window rather than a new tab in the client.

I tried to reproduce your issue on workbench 8.0.22 but I am not seeing any issues at my end.
