Description:
Infinite loading after trying to acces new created Connection in MySQL Workbench, with 100% usage of 1 CPU's thread. 
DXDIAG attached.

How to repeat:
1. Instal MySQL
2. Launch Workbench
3. Create new local connection(change nothing beside name) and observe the issue.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with WorkBench 8.0.22 on Windows '0 Pro 64-bit connecting against MySQL Server 8.0.22. Which exactly version of WorkBnch, MySQL Server and Windows OS are you using?.
