This was caused by an error in the published product catalog. A new product catalog has since been published correcting the error. When opening Installer, skip the initial popup requesting to apply the upgrade and instead select the "Catalog" option from the main dashboard. Finally, click the "Execute" button to download the correct product catalog and proceed with the upgrade when the popup appears once more. Sorry for the inconveniences, Regards.
