Document  https://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/binlog-event-type.html doesn't have entries for the below events.

TRANSACTION_CONTEXT_EVENT
VIEW_CHANGE_EVENT
XA_PREPARE_LOG_EVENT
PARTIAL_UPDATE_ROWS_EVENT
TRANSACTION_PAYLOAD_EVENT

Please update the doc and include the events.
