Description:
Creating a new Schema on Workbench which the collation is not even fully visible to properly select.

utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci
utf8mb4_0900_as_ci 
utf8mb4_0900_as_cs

appear as 

utf8mb4_0900_
utf8mb4_0900_
utf8mb4_0900_

which is not user friendly at all.

How to repeat:
Create new Schema and would notice that the Drop down list for "Charset/Collation" is not fully visible

Suggested fix:
Increase the with of Dropdown control or at least provide a tool-tip on item hover.
