Description:
UX issue where mis-clicks happen when the scrollbar in the SCHEMAS view auto-expand over an icon that I'm trying to click on.

This results in about 20% of the time clicking on the scrollbar (and jumping to a different part of the tables list) rather than clicking on the icon and opening the SQL editor with the table select statement

How to repeat:
- Expand a list of tables in the SCHEMA view and scroll using mousewheel or trackpad
- A low profile scrollbar appears
- Hover over a table icon on the right of the view, over the low profile scrollbar
- Scrollbar will expand over the right side of the icon often resulting in a mis-click on the scrollbar

Suggested fix:
Include an option to make the scrollbar not auto-expand or put enough right margin on the icons so that they don't get obscured by the scrollbar
