Description:
'server_id' should be larger than 0 when starting Group Replication.

How to repeat:
When starting Group Replication, the 'server_id' should be larger than 0. However, there is only an example 'server_id=1' in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication-configuring-instances.html#group..., and no related information in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/group-replication-requirements.html. 
I think it is better to add this information in Group Replication Requirements.
