Description:
MySQL Workbench 8.0.22 Crashes on startup

Clean install on machine with Visual C++ 2019 x64

Opens fine first time to splash screen and every other time you double click to open and nothing happens

Can see service appear and disappear in task manager

Re-installing both - doesn't work

Deleted / renamed C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench
doesn't work

Tried older version like 8.0.19 and 8.0.18 - doesn't work

ran sfc /scannow and doesn't repair anything

To investigate further this issue at our end, may I kindly request you to launch workbench from CLI under debug mode (-log-level=debug3) and provide unaltered workbench log file(more details about log are explained here - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/workbench-reporting-bugs.html).
