Description:
We have installed the following on Windows 2012 Server (as recommended)

1. Installed Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 (32-bit)
2. Installed mysql-connector-odbc-8.0.21-win32.msi
3. Rebooted Server

Results

Trying to create a user/system DSN (using ODBC Data Source Administrator (32-bit) and getting the following error message:

Connection failed specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. (MySQL ODBC 8.0 Unicode Driver, C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\Connector ODBC 8.0\myodbc8w.dll)

How to repeat:

Could you please try installing VC++ Redistributable 2017 as well?
