Description:
When editing an existing bug report the link to the severity level description goes to http://www.mysql.com/company/legal/supportpolicies/policies-15.html instead of the correct http://www.mysql.com/company/legal/supportpolicies/policies-17.html .

How to repeat:
Enter a bug report, save it then edit the submission. Click on the words "click here" as part of the sentence "click here for explanations on severity levels used by MySQL AB". Observe that it takes you to the definitions of release types page instead of the severity levels.

Suggested fix:
Change the link to go to http://www.mysql.com/company/legal/supportpolicies/policies-17.html .
