Description:
i created a user in mysql, but iam unable to login using that user. pls tell me how to login as another user in mysql.

How to repeat:
1. login to mysql.
2. create a user.
3. grant all permissions.
4. quit from mysql.
5. again login with this user name.---here iam unable to login as another user.

I was unable to reproduce this bug.  Can you please provide us with a test-case that demonstrates this behaviour ?
