Description:
When attempting to connect to a database requiring SSL, but SSL set to 'No' in WorkBench, I pressed cancel on the "Opening SQL Editor" and it presented me with the error:

How to repeat:
Target DB user set to require SSL.
In WorkBench, set SSL to 'No'.
Attempt to connect to the Database.
Then press 'Cancel'.

Suggested fix:
Target DB user set to require SSL.
In WorkBench, set SSL to 'No'.
Attempt to connect to the Database.
Then press 'Cancel'.
