Description:
i have a created my local host connection on my mysql module.but if i tend to open the connection it keeps on loading to mysql editor and it didn't opened and if i cancel it and it shows me it has a bug and with object name of hudform.So kindly help me to fix this issue. 

How to repeat:
-suggest me a way to fix this issue.
