I am having the same issue as well. How could we restrict non-primary key table creation since GROUP_REPLICATION 5.7 requirement is to have primary key in all tables?
User/apps might sometimes created the table without primary key and we need a function/feature to restrict/block this.

That would be a great adition to 5.7
