Description:
I have visited https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/8.0.html and trying to download the Windows (x86, 32-bit), MSI Installer.

But I keep on getting "C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\73b6bE6A.msi.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

I cannot download this MSI and this has been occurring for more than a day.

How to repeat:
Just visit the url https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/8.0.html
and try to download the Windows (x86, 32-bit), MSI Installer

Suggested fix:
Allow the download.

Your response was totally useless. I am still having the problem, in fact when I try and ping your site I get the following:
