How to repeat:
Open Workbench
Open connection to known working database
Click on Administration tab... Users and privileges
New tab appears where U&P info should appear, but most of the controls and all of the data is missing. "Add account" and "Refresh" buttons are there, but do nothing.

I couldn't repeat the issue with workbench 8.0.21 on windows 10.

I was logged into test user, editing the connection and logging in as the admin/root fixed it
