Description:
If a mapping has been stored by MySQL for Excel and the underlying database table structure is adjusted (in this example columns were removed), the addin complains about not being able to find a column and additional data cannot be appended.

How to repeat:
1. Create a table in MySQL with a number of columns
2. Append data via Excel addin and ensure a mapping is created/saved
3. Delete a number of columns from the table at 1.
4. Attempt to append data from Excel (ensuring new format)

Suggested fix:
Move the mapping table button as part of the error message to amend/delete a mapping.
