Description:
The new 5.0.4 beta MSI installer didn't install anything on my "Windows XP, Proff, version 2002, SP1" running on a Dell Latitude D600, with these other SW in place:

- MySQL Server 4.1.11
- MySQL Administrator 1.0.19
- MySQL Query Browser 1.1.6
- MS .NET Framework 1.1
- Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_06
- Java 2 SDK, SE v1.4.2_06

D:\NullTo_180>dir "\Program Files\mysql"
Volume in drive D has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 34DE-4279

 Directory of D:\Program Files\mysql

2005-01-28 22:01 <DIR> MySQL Administrator 1.0
2005-04-15 02:20 <DIR> MySQL Query Browser 1.1
2005-04-11 18:30 <DIR> MySQL Server 4.1
               0 File(s) 0 bytes
               5 Dir(s) 39 352 552 448 bytes free

Nothing to find in "Add or Remove Programs" Control Panel either.

How to repeat:
- I've downloaded the mysql-essential-5.0.4-beta-win32.msi
- Double clicked the installer file
(Windows Installer "splash screen" told: "Preparing to install...")
- 3 seconds later - finished, without a trace of any installation performed
- The "Application - Event Viewer" told:
   Product: -- Installation completed successfully.

I downloaded both msi packages the Essentials and the Complete and
I was able to install them without any problem.

Our web team is looking into this to improve the upload of the files to the mirrows. I close this bug here since they use a different tracking system.
