Description:
1: Download of package 'MySQL Server 8.0.19' failed with message No valid download found for product MySQL Server 8.0.19
2: Download of package 'MySQL Workbench 8.0.19' failed with message No valid download found for product MySQL Workbench 8.0.19

How to repeat:
Take installing computer offline (you know remove the ethernet cable, disconnect wifi) or live in a village without internet!

try installing MySQL using mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.19.0.msi

Suggested fix:
Instead of making a useless package that loves to install all versions of MySQL from Adam time until end of times, make a package that installs that exact same version! and doesn't fail if it is offline!

Thank you for writing us, but this is not a bug. 
Quoting from official documentation -  "Web: Contains MySQL Installer and configuration files only. The web package downloads only the MySQL products you         select to install, but it requires an internet connection for each download. The size of this file is approximately 2 MB; the name of the file has the form         mysql-installer-community-web-VERSION.N.msi where VERSION is the MySQL server version number such as 8.0 and N is the package number, which begins at 0"
