Are you able to launch it using a command prompt?

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.14393]

c:\>"C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Workbench 6.3 CE\MySQLWorkbench.exe"

I tried. Nothing happens. It simply move to the next statement.

There are no background processes running either.

Hello,
I just downloaded the workbench. For some reason, It is not opening when I try to double click.
I tried reinstalling and I also already have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
