I had the same issue with this on Windows 2003 x64 SP2. Installing VC Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 (both 32 and 64 bit) resolved the issue for me.

In the error message it is stated that myodbc5S.d . . . is missing. The logical solution is to install this file in the appropriate folder. For 32bit install the file here: C:\Windows\System32 File (myodbc5S.dll) can be downloaded here: https://www.pconlife.com/download/otherfile/79103/5bb0b7c4629cad667e6d2ed6d44ab6d4/ This works for me. Question: I tried to install the same file in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 for the 64bit version. This did not work. Can somebody tell me how to solve this? Is it the wrong version of the file or the wrong location?
