Description:
On a monitor that operates at 3200x1800 resolution the programs menus, icons, tooltips and other items render too small. Even with my reading glasses I cannot make out text and icons in the program. 

How to repeat:
Open program on a monitor at 3200x1800 dpi.

Suggested fix:
fix the scaling.

I appreciate the prompt reply. I shall use attempt on my windows 8.1 laptop. However I also have an ubuntu 14.04 laptop (your bug reporter only let me choose one operating system).

On the ubuntu machine I already have the scaling set to 2 as per other workarounds I researched. It has not had the desired affect, and the ubuntu machine is the preferred machine at this time.

Thank you for the bug report. I attached a screenshot taken on Windows 8.1 with a display with resolution of 3840x2160 and adjusted the size of the icons, text etc with Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization changing the size to 150%. You can see WorkBench 6.3.4 icons size (your version is quite older). In this case the OS allows to adjust to 200 and 250%. WorkBench sizes are similar to other Windows applications. Please use OS resources for. Thanks.

I have attached 3 screenshots from my ubuntu machine with scaling set to 2.5. The icons still render too small to use. And this setting makes the programs that do work at 3200x1800 look really bad. Not an answer.

Corrected the OS. On ubuntu it's just not usuable.
