Description:
MySQL COM Add-ins is found under "Excel Options > Add-Ins". However, the MySQL for Excel icon is NOT listed on the right side of the Microsoft Excel's data main menu.

The MySQL for Excel plugin was NOT automatically added to Microsoft Excel's data menu (Microsoft Excel 2007) even after the re-installation of MySQL for Excel.

How to repeat:
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Runtime
Install Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office Runtime
Install MySQL Server using MySQL-installer-community-5.6.22.0.msi
