I am having the same (or a very similar) issue. I am also running Win 7 x64. I am using WIN7 64bit. I thought that the visual c redistribute files were installed not clearly, so I reinstall them. But still I cannot execute mysqlworkbench. I have met this problem in win10. And I reinstalled msvcr120.dll. But it doesn't work as well.So is there any solution?

Can you pls try with the latest version to see if the problem still exists? Also try a different computer to check if that is related to your machine or something else.
