Description:
I have install Mysql community server using mysql-installer-community-5.6.20.0.msi
installer in windows 7, installation was successful, i tried to launch Mysql workbench by clicking on MySQLWorkbench but, i am not able to launch Mysql workbench.
It is showing error "MySql workbench encountered a problem when trying to pass on command line parameters to already running workbench instance may there's a hanging workbench process that is pretending to be the current instance" i have ended process in task manager and tried to relaunch MySqlWorkbench but it is not launching.

How to repeat:
1) Install Mysql community server using mysql-installer-community-5.6.20.0.msi
installer in windows 7
2) Launch Mysql workbench by clicking on MySQLWorkbench.
