Some keywords aren't capitalized i.e: FROM.

I think here's a misunderstanding. The OP expects WB to change the entire query to have uppercase keywords. However, the built-in function is only about what is used in code completion. If enable keywords are already in uppercase in the code completion dropdown and are inserted that way. See also the attached images. If my assumption is correct then this report is not valid.
