Description:
Tried to install MySQL workbench in Fedora 18 and gave the following error message:

Error: Package: mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.45-1fc17.x86_64 (/mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.45-1fc17.x86_64)
Requires: libpcre.so.0()(64bit)

How to repeat:
1. Download the latest RPM from MySQL Downloads
2. Install the file using the following command: yum localinstall mysql-workbench-gpl-5.2.45-1fc17.x86_64.rpm

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.0.2 public beta release, and here's the changelog entry:

On Fedora Linux 18, MySQL Workbench would not install due to a missing PCRE
dependency.
