Description:
I have a new client that I am attempting to access their MySQL database using the connection details they gave me. It connects to their database but when I try to view the tables it states "Tables fetching..." and never fetches the table data.
Client suggested a different MySQL software editor, Toad, to try and it works perfectly with clients login information and fetches the tables just fine. Client requires SFTP when working on their website, not sure if this has anything to do with it but special settings were not needed on the Toad software.
