How to repeat:
Trying to start .exe in various Compatibility modes. Nothing helps.

I installed program and tried to start but it refuses to start with error message. Then I reinstalled it and tried again. Same result. I also tried with several Compatibility options. Same result.

Did you install the MSVC 2010 32bit runtimes?
