This is how it looks. Utf8 strin in the query is "tags = 'утф8 стринг'"

Alex, can you please try changing the font of your workbench?, click on Edit, Preferences and the go to Appearance Tab, change the Editor Font (ex. tahoma 11) and please share the results with us. Thanks in advance!

I did what you asked (used Arial) and now utf8 characters display correctly. This is a nice workaround. Which fonts will support utf8 besides Arial ? I like the tahoma like or other 'terminal' scripts

I couldn't repeat with Tahoma 11 on Vista 64 Portuguese Version.

Seems to work fine on 5.2.34 on Windows 7 Ultimate x32
