Description:
MySQL Workbench won't store passwords although gnome-keyring (seahorse) is installed.

Additional info:
mysql-worbench version - 1:5.2.34-1

no special output when run from terminal:

[ottoshmidt@myhost ~]$ mysql-workbench
Log levels '0111000'
Ready.

How to repeat:
1. establish connection to server and check to store password
2. close workbench and reopen
3. open existing connection and it will ask for password again
