Please, send the output of Help > System Info menu item. What version of server, 5.x.y, are you working with. Also, when you'll see the error again, please, right click somewhere in the error dialog box with no text and use Copy stack trace to clipboard context menu item. Send stack trace to this report.

What is the exact name of the connection you use? When the exception happens, can you right click in the blank area below the exception dialog icon and select to Copy Stack Trace and paste it here?
