Description:
After making changes to the EER diagram and attempting to close, it crashed rather than warning me to save changes.

How to repeat:
Make EER model from existing database, add and make changes to the EER diagram including sycronizing model, attempt to close the MySQL model tab, leaving the EER diagram tab open, and without saving the model. MySQL Workbench throws an exception prompting to report error or close application.

Suggested fix:
On an attempt to close the MySQL model tab, catch this exception and prompt the user to save the model before closing the tab.

What exact version, 5.2.x, do you use?
