Description:
I was editing a routine and did a find and replace, replacing all `'s with '. When I ran it, I received an index out of range exception for the parameter name length.

How to repeat:
Alter a routine and do a find and replace, replacing all `'s with '.

What exact version of Workbench, 5.2.x, do you use?
