Description:
SBinst.exe just does nothing. I click and it does nothing. Calling it from msdos command line doesn't help. I get the prompt back after a brief pause.
I have unziped the file to a folder and trying to lauch sbinst from there.

Try to execute sbinst.exe from a folder you have unziped the installation files.

There's a typo in the file's name: I meant sbdinst.exe not sbinst.exe which doesn't exist.

Two things: sdbinfo returns a error when checking on msvcrt10.dll (it says it cant get the version information).
I dont have admnistrator priviledges..
