Hi Bob, its more likely a driver issue than hardware - and a very weird one indeed. do you happen to have another mouse around (non-logitech) which you could try?. also the screens you posted look like you installed specific mouse drivers ... would it be possible to disable/uninstall them temporarily?

I think I got it. I did the following: -plugged in a mac mouse -unplugged the logitech mouse -uninstalled Logitech MouseWare -rebooted -plugged logitech mouse back in -unplugged mac mouse It works fine now. Thanks Johannes!
