Thank you for the bug report. Doing some search some packages have presented the same behavior and the cause could be: "This behavior occurs because the Temp folder is encrypted by using the Encrypted File System." Pleaae verify if you have that issue or search for a Microsoft Support article about. Thanks in advance.
