Description:
Downloaded the install package.  Attempting to install, receiving error message "The System cannot open the device or file specified".  I've tried several times and tried different directories.

How to repeat:
Happens every time.

Thank you for the bug report. Doing some search some packages have presented the same behavior and the cause could be:

"This behavior occurs because the Temp folder is encrypted by using the Encrypted File System."

Pleaae verify if you have that issue or search for a Microsoft Support article about. Thanks in advance.
