Description:
When restoring a cluster backup with ndb_restore, it is often not desired to have those DML statements logged to the binlog; in fact the logging is supposed to negatively impact restore performance.

How to repeat:
n/a

Suggested fix:
There should be a command line option for ndb_restore that disables binlogging for the restore.
