Description:
I am getting the following error using Visual Basic 6 to connect to a MySQL database:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (800004005)':

[mySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver] Lost connection to MySQL server during query

This occurs when I attempt to open a connection. 

I connect to my local HOST and use Stunnel to encrypt the data and point to the correct database.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have the same problem in a time. I connect to MySQL server thru ssh tunnel, via ODBC connector 3.51.12. With mysql-3.23 that used to work fine, but after I've switched to 4.0, I have the same error. Tried 4.0.15 and 4.0.20. Think that's an issue.
Any idea?
