Description:
I'm trying to get planet scale cli fully operational, after installing the cli, the docs said to install mySQL, which i did. 

Once I installed mySQL using this link: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/shell/

on windows 7 64 bit throws, `api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll is missing`

Where does it come from and what do I have to do in order to get it to work?

How to repeat:
install on https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/shell/ windows 7 I guess

However, this is not our bug.
