Description:
On a machine running 5.7.35 under the latest Windows 10 build, the installer fails, without explanation, to offer to install Notifier.

How to repeat:
?! As above.

I had the same problem but I found that 'MySQL for Excel' is missing also.  Some modules seem to be unsigned.

As noted, the installer does not list Norifier as an installable option. 
Clicking the Catalog button and enabling an update makes no diff. Can't imagine what other info you need.

MySQL Notifier is now covered under Oracle Lifetime Sustaining Support
Per Oracle's Lifetime Support policy, as of Sept 18, 2020, MySQL Notifier is covered under Oracle Sustaining Support.

Thank you for the feedback.
Discussed this issue internally with the developer and confirmed that behavior in MySQL Installer is expected since MySQL Notifier has been EOLd. Currently the only option to install it is to get the standalone MSI from the MySQL archives.
