Description:
I installed MySQL Workbench 8.0.21 and when I tried to run it it immediately crashes with the message " Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime.Remoting, Version 4.0.0.0, Culture=Neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest"

I have Visual Studio community edition (2019) installed, I also made sure I have VC redistributable and .NET runtime all meet the minimum requirements as mentioned in dependencies. I also tried previous versions- and all of them fail the same way.

Any help is appreciated.

How to repeat:
In my system is repeatable every time. Not sure how to repeat in any other place. All I have to do is start mySql Workbench- it crashes everytime.
