Description:
After clearing the selection from a multiple combo box custom field and saving the
update, the selection is still associated with the issue

How to repeat:
From Administration -> Manage Custom Fields
Create a multiple combo box custom field, and fill in some available options (I have 4)
Create a new issue and select one of the options in the custom field.
The information is saved properly.

Now view the issue, and click the "update" button in the Issue Details section.
The "Update Issue Details" window opens.
Ctrl-click on the highlighted item in the multiple combo box.  It will de-select.
Now click the "Update Values" button.
The popup window changes to "Thank you, the custom field values were updated
successfully".
When the issue view refreshes, the previously selected item in the custom field is still
there.
