Description:
MySQl Installer Web Community 5.7.19.0.msi file fails to install MySQL Server 5.7.19 due to missing Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable.

While this very same Installer automatically downloads other prerequisites such as Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Runtime, it makes NO ATTEMPT to do so for this prerequisite. (Why not?)

How to repeat:
Run MySQL Installer Web Community 5.7.19.0.msi on a fresh Windows 7 (or one that does not have Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable installed).

Suggested fix:
Automatically download Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable (along with any and all prerequisites)!!!

Even with both Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 & 2015 Redistributable (x64) installed, the Installer FAILS to install the Server.

In the previous image, note that the installer enables the Next button despite the fact that the installation FAILED.

Since it FAILED, there is no "Product Configuration" to be done "Next", is there?
