Description:
LOAD DATA INFILE is not replicated by slave if replicate_*_table is set on the slave. Regardless of the values of these options.

How to repeat:
try it.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/

Fixed. Should be in 4.0.12 and 3.23.56.
