Description:
I can't connect to prodaction Mysql Server by SSH.
SSH is succsesufuly, but connetction to Mysql return error "Can't connect no Mysql server on '127.0.0.1' (10061).

I try several different ip (0.0.0.0, localhost), only once 0.0.0.0 was sucsufully , but on next day were errors only .

I download HeidiSQL. It's connection always seccessfully on 127.0.0.1. They use plink.exe for SSH (http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/)

My Envirenment:
Mysql server is on FreeBSD
Mysql server has binding 0.0.0.0
Workbech is on Windows 10 x64

How to repeat:
Try to connect form Windows 10 to Mysql Server(Linux,FreeBSD) over SSH.
