Description:
The grid controls for previewing data have wrong sizes and overflow the area where they should be, so controls below the grid seem to "truncate" the lower part of the grids.

The Import, Append and Export Data dialogs show this wrong behavior.

How to repeat:
1. Open Excel.
2. Go to Data > MySQL for Excel to activate the add-in's sidebar
3. Choose any connection and schema.
4. Click on Import MySQL Data
5. Look the grid within the form is "truncated" at the bottom by the controls below it.
6. Cancel.
7. Repeat the same for Export and Append Data.

Fixed the sizes of grids and some other fields that are set to grow to the bottom and to the right when the form is resized, and changed the way anchors are defined for them.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL for Excel 1.3.7 release, and here's the changelog entry:

A portion of the preview area that should be displayed during import,
export, and append data operations was concealed by other fields.

Thank you for the bug report.
